Do we need any dance experience?

None at all. Your choreographer teaches everything from scratch, breaking moves down step by step. Complete beginners and experienced dancers are all welcome — the focus is on fun, not perfection.

Will we actually attempt the lift?

We teach an adapted version that is safe and achievable for all groups. Your choreographer will demonstrate several options from a simple lift to a full overhead — the group chooses what they are comfortable with. It always brings the biggest cheer of the session.

Is this suitable for all ages and fitness levels?

Absolutely. We regularly host groups with ages ranging from 18 to 70+. Your choreographer adapts the energy and intensity to suit the room. The emphasis is always on having an amazing time together.

We use private dance studios across Bristol city centre including our Nelson Street studio (BS1 2BE), Welsh Back harbourside space (BS1 4SB), and Queens Road Clifton studio (BS8 1QS).
