None at all. Your choreographer teaches everything from scratch, breaking moves down step by step. Complete beginners and experienced dancers are all welcome — the focus is on fun, not perfection.

Do we need to know any Bollywood films?

Not at all. The choreographer introduces the style from scratch and the music speaks for itself. Whether your group are Bollywood superfans or total newcomers, the session works equally well — the moves are taught step by step and the energy is irresistible.

Is this suitable for all ages and fitness levels?

Absolutely. We regularly host groups with ages ranging from 18 to 70+. Your choreographer adapts the energy and intensity to suit the room. The emphasis is always on having an amazing time together.
