We are based in the heart of Bristol — a city with one of the strongest independent arts scenes in the UK. Our classes run from our city centre studio and cover everything from weekly adult sessions to corporate team-building days and Saturday hen parties.
What makes us different is how we treat our team. You set your own schedule, teach the styles you love, and get paid fairly for every session. We handle all the bookings, marketing, and admin so you can focus on doing what you do best — teaching people to dance.

Run themed hen party dance sessions across 30+ themes — from ABBA and Spice Girls to Burlesque and Beyoncé. Our hen parties are one of the busiest parts of the business, so we always need great instructors.
Choreograph first dances for couples at every confidence level. Some want a simple slow dance, others want a full showpiece. You will need to adapt your approach to each couple and make them feel at ease from minute one.
Deliver dance workshops in primary and secondary schools across Bristol. Sessions range from one-off enrichment days to weekly after-school clubs. You will work with children and teenagers of all abilities.
Perform at corporate events, product launches, charity galas, and private functions across Bristol and the wider South West. Roles vary from solo performances to full troupe numbers depending on the booking.
Rates start at £30 per hour for standard classes, with specialist sessions earning more. We pay promptly and review rates regularly. No chasing invoices or waiting weeks for payment.
You pick the days and times that work for you. Teach one evening a week or build a full timetable — it is entirely up to you.

We recruit across 20+ dance styles — everything from Ballet and Contemporary to Hip-Hop, Salsa, and K-Pop. We also have specialist roles for Hen Party Instructors, Wedding Choreographers, Schools Dance Teachers, and Corporate Events Performers. If your style is not listed, apply anyway — we are always expanding.
Not necessarily. Qualifications like RAD, ISTD, or IDTA are a plus, but what matters most is your ability to teach clearly, connect with students, and create a welcoming class atmosphere. Professional dance experience, performance work, or a strong training background all count. We assess every application on its own merits.
All positions are freelance with pay per session. Most classes run evenings and weekends, though schools workshops and private lessons are often during the day. Pay starts from £30 per hour for group classes, with hen party and specialist sessions earning £40–£50. We pay on time, every time.
Yes — and we encourage it. Many of our teachers cover two or three styles and also pick up hen party or wedding work. The more flexible you are, the more hours and variety we can offer you.
